1222 - Sr. Business Systems Analyst

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and be responsible for assembling and facilitating the review and approval of technical designs and systems diagrams; providing information and guidance to the business representatives to ensure the approved requirements will achieve business objectives; translating functional designs into written technical designs and specifications; reviewing and approving technical specifications cross functionally, ensuring they align with the business requirements, and technical requirements; providing assistance to the IT manager in understanding the requirements and resolving any project conflicts. Accountable for writing, publishing, getting approval and maintaining detailed functional specifications, as well as reviewing and approving appropriate technical designs. Must be able to plan and perform testing, including documenting test conditions, expected results, and test validation. Tools/Applications: • Experience with J2EE development is mandatory • Experience with DB2 is mandatory • Experience with scripting languages such as Ant, Unix Shell is mandatory • Experience documenting integrated systems is mandatory

1231 - Scada Programmer/Analyst

Responsible for the design, development, and support of computer applications that support companies business processes. May have responsibilities for leading or directing a team of application developers. Provides SCADA system communication with field and operating plant control devices using industry standard tools. Required skills include, bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of related education/experience; 5 years experience as an IS applications developer or equivalent experience as a controls system developer; excellent analytical and problem solving skills; demonstrated success in architecting and developing solutions utilizing the .NET framework; experience with some form of SDLC; experience designing and implementing: Applications, Databases, Application interfaces and User interfaces; experience in the following programming languages and tools: C#, .NET Framework, and MS SQL Server Database. Modbus, DNP3, TCP/IP and serial communications experience is desirable.

1233 - CRM Functional Analyst

To capture sales business objectives and strategic direction around Sales Force Automation SAP CRM solutions, and identify IT initiatives that allow the business to meet their objectives. Work directly with business customers, key vendors, and implementation teams to document and drive those IT initiatives into working systems.

1235 - Oracle Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Systems Analyst (BSA), with deep functional experience in both Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business processes and modules including (but not limited to): AP, AR, G/L, Cash Management, Order Management, and Inventory. This BSA will help define the next generation of tax interfaces with Oracle products. As an Oracle BSA for Product Management, you will be responsible for developing functional requirement specs, functional designs, documentation, and providing guidance to QA related to the integration processes. As a functional Oracle domain expert, you will convert business requirements into scalable, robust and flexible designs.

1237 - Project Manager

Project Manager capabilities with 11 or more years of experience. Software Development experience required. Will lead an established team of 3 software developers for a project already in execution phase. Facilitate the planning process, preparing project plans, defining project scope, determining project tasks, deliverables, resources, estimates, schedule, and accountability and monitoring methods. Direct project execution. Coordinate and assign resources (staff, facilities, funding, and materials) as planned. Facilitate team meetings to review and distribute assignments.

1239 - Sr. Project Manager

Requirements: • Senior project or program manager with a minimum 5-7 years of experience managing complex Global and/or IT projects of an appropriate size • Experience with corporate governance and global Initiatives • Experience in successful delivering complex technical solutions within an aggressive timeframe • Has delivered several major projects that include both internal and external communications • Ability to design solutions, present alternatives, reach consensus, control scope creep, dive into technical detail, match technical skills to technical needs, etc. hands-on vs. having had project team leads or other team members that this person merely coordinated • Excellent command and application of project management principles (Planning, Execution, WBS, Risk Management, Change Management). • Excellent communicator and people leader Travel will be required up to 25-30%

1241 - Systems Administrator

The Key Person in this position will provide technical expertise as a UNIX Subject Matter Expert providing services related specifically to the existing UNIX Systems computing environment which includes, at a minimum, the obligation to assist in a broad array of technical tasks such as: 1. Day-to-day UNIX administrative activities; 2. New developments within UNIX Systems; and 3. Special projects within UNIX Systems as explained and requested by the SDC. REQUIRED SERVICES: The Key Person assigned to the resulting Work Order Contract (WOC) shall possesses the knowledge and skill set of a Systems Administrator III as set forth in Exhibit B of the Price Agreement. The Key Person shall provide the SDC team up to the maximum 1040 hours of services executing IT activities and technical duties related specifically to the UNIX Systems computing environment; as requested by the SDC. SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR DESCRIPTION: Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE The Key Person assigned to the resulting WOC will demonstrate advanced Systems Administrator III capabilities with 5 (five) or more years of professional knowledge and experience in the following areas: 1. Technical knowledge and familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures to successfully apply systems administrative activities, or execute special projects, specifically within AIX and Solaris UNIX Systems environments; and 2. Systems Administrator capabilities and knowledge in order to successfully plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of complicated systems administrator duties within the AIX and Solaris UNIX Systems environment. REQUIRED SKILLS: The Key Person assigned to the resulting WOC must have skills and experience in all of the following areas: 1. Technical skills related to performing administrative activities within AIX and Solaris UNIX computing environments. 2. Technical skills and abilities working with AIX and Solaris UNIX Systems and related software installations and maintenance. 3. Technical skills and capabilities to assist in configuring and maintaining highly scalable and high availability environments. 4. Professional skills and experience monitoring, measuring and improving system availability, performance and utilization within AIX and Solaris UNIX computing environments. 5. Technical skills and experience working to develop and implement a variety of systems related technical solutions in response to customer or organizational needs. PREFERRED SKILLS: It is preferred that the Key Person assigned to the resulting WOC also have the following experience although this is not a requirement: 1. Experience providing customer service in an IT environment. 2, Experience assessing, resolving and responding to Help Desk Tickets and/or Agency Support Requests. 3. Experience using Remedy HelpDesk 4. Knowledge of providing middleware in support of web based processing (i.e., Websphere, Apache, Tomcat, etc.) 5. Knowledge of SAN and storage concepts. Contractor shall provide, and the Key Person assigned to the resulting WOC will utilize, a workstation with the following: 1. Microsoft XP; 2. DAS approved virus protection software with regular updates (submit software name and version with response); 3. Microsoft Office 2003; and 4. Visio Standard 2003.

1242 - Systems Analyst

Looking for a Systems Analyst with the following skillset. Required competencies: Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Reports and Oracle developer toolsets and Web Development including familiarity with Cold Fusion. Desired additional competencies are Application development on the IBM Mainframe platform including CICS and COBOL and Cross platform integration tools for the IBM Mainframe platform include WebCICS and Micro Focus

1244 - Documentation/Process Analyst

Candidates will guide the development and the execution of documentation related plans to attain high quality documentation before launch in the following two areas: 1. system documentation to support technical system support and maintenance; 2. internal documentation to support uniform understanding of business rules, business logic, and system use by internal staff and end-users.

1245 - Network Engineer

To ensure the network operates at optimum levels at all times; provide service delivery in the fulfillment of customer order processing and management, customer interaction, designing circuits, assigning network resources to customer orders, network element activation. Tracking, monitoring and resolving customer or network reported issues. Work involves network element configuration updates, re-boots, and / or other forms of restoration activities. Responsibilities may also includes trouble shooting and diagnostics to identify and isolate problems; design, optimize, and upgrade telecommunications and or data networks; provide sales support by providing planning and technical support during the pre-sales process; engage with the operations teams to provide support in both the delivery of services and trouble-shooting of network or customer related issues. Pro-active and reactive monitoring of the network for faults, alarms, etc. with a focus on service assurance.
